How does a free account work?

Free accounts provide you access to your own ValiDiffer account and allows you to run an unlimited number of jobs for 25 days. No credit card or payment information is required to access a free account.

What happens after my free account ends?

When you’ve consumed your 25 free days or simply want to process files faster or require custom sequences, you’ll need to sign up for one of the paid tiers to access the service. You do not have to complete your full free 25 days to sign up for a specific tier. You can decide at any time to sign up for a paid tier.

How does payment work?

Once you sign up you will be charged monthly or annually (based on your subscription) from your starting date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Billing terms are available upon approval.

What tiers are available?

There are three (3) paid tiers to choose from, i.e. Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. Each tier includes different combined file byte sizes, storage, and support levels. Both the Professional and Enterprise tier allow for faster processing speeds where the Enterprise tier offers custom sequences as well. All tiers include the ability to create an unlimited number of custom classes/rules. Service customizations are only available within the Enterprise tier.

What subscription periods are available?

You can sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription. Annual subscriptions offer discounted rates.
