Use Case Description
Are you tired of trying to onboard large sets of data which should be correctly formatted but instead arrives with changed headers, missing columns, alternated spacing, disappeared values, different formatting, and more?
All too often, data files get onboarded (or should we say: ‘shoved over’) with incorrectly formatted data, which requires both you and the sending party to either revert the process, demand a new file, re-upload or download a secondary file, or manually re-edit the file – all costing a significant amount of time and money. ValiDiffer's core competence is providing metadata trending analytics prior to import (in what we call 'data escrow'), to validate your (scheduled) data dumps and workflow(s). ValiDiffer utilizes AI, neural networks, and machine learning as an aid to automatically validate, map, fix, and transform as much of your data into your ideal onboarding state as possible.
ValiDiffer's visual summarized analyses are instantly reported back to the uploading party, pointing out precise problems or concerns with the file (e.g. invalid headers, missing fields, malformed zip codes, required columns are empty or missing values, etc.) prior to the receiving party ingesting the data. By notifying the uploading party of defective files and identifying issues prior to entering transfer and load phases, both uploading and receiving parties can be assured of more consistently correct data onboarding sequences, virtually eliminating the costly 'redo' cycle.

Why would I sign up for this Beta?
Troparé has various successful enterprise data solutions in production for several years now. We have an established client base among Fortune 500 companies and are branching out to provide a similar experience to SMB organizations as well. Participating in this beta will give you access to a highly advanced data onboarding tool at absolutely no monetary cost to you. In fact, it will most likely save you money! All we ask in return is for you to provide us with occasional feedback on your experience.
Who qualifies for this Beta?
Small-medium enterprises (SMEs) and enterprise organizations alike. Any organization that onboards data files which require specific formatting, structure, or content are welcome to join. We are not limiting beta applications based on industry, number of employees, average data onboarding file size, onboarding frequency, revenue, etc. All are welcome.
Does each tester get their own ValiDiffer account?
Yes. Each tester signs up for an individual account. This means that multiple professionals working at the same firm all sign up individually. We are adding the ability for organization admins to create an account and add users to their org – stay tuned!
Is there a file size processing limit during the beta?
No. You can upload and process files of any size. We encourage you to try different file sizes and formats!
Can I import files directly from box.com?
Yes! We are a native Box integration partner. You can add the ValiDiffer integration into box here.
Is there a limit on the number of files I can process during the beta?
No. The more the merrier!
How much disk space comes with each beta account?
Each ValiDiffer™ beta account comes with a Terabyte of disk space. However, testers are encouraged to import and export data back to their (cloud) storage locations. If more disk space is required, please email support@tropare.com
How often am I expected to provide feedback?
We would love to hear about your experiences using the tool, the good and the bad. Whenever you come across a 'bug' or think something can be optimized (large or small), simply write up a brief description and email it to support and we'll take it from there. If we do not hear from you, we'll check in on a weekly basis.
How long is this beta expected to run for?
The beta is expected to run until the end of Q4, 2021.
